Tickets are transferable:
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than seven days before the event will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made between three and seven days before the event, a 50% refund will be provided. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than three days before the event will not be refunded.
